I have 20 short term rentals and 4 apartments across three properties and need a dedicated, experienced handyman for work on a part-time / as-needed basis for routine maintenance and repair work. Looking to establish a long-term relationship with someone as I continue to grow my rental portfolio. Candidates should be skilled in various trades, work well independently, problem solving, and work well with tenants. Looking for immediate availability. Desired Skills: - Plumbing and electrical work - Appliance & HVAC diagnostic / troubleshooting & repair - Household repairs (indoors & outdoors) - Drywall & patch work - Light carpentry - Painting / trim work - Unit turnover - Lawn / landscaping Desired Qualities: - Trustworthy and reliable - Experienced - Problem solving - Responsive (Can report within 4 days for repairs needed) - Friendly / polite / positive attitude - High quality of work - Highly motivated - Efficient / fast paced worker Requirements: - Background Check / drug test - References - Transportation - All required tools and equipment - Email and mobile communication (text and voice) - Face to face interview Monthly routine work scope: - Grounds upkeep: o Mow lawn (as needed in season) o Remove / kill weeds (as needed) o Trim & remove brush (as needed) o Collect litter & loose trash/ debris (as needed) o Blow leaves from drive & walk ways (1/mo) o Snow removal and salt drive & walk ways (as needed in season) - Shared indoor areas upkeep: o AC unit filter changes (as needed) - Any maintenance or repair work required beyond this Method of Payment: Paypal electronic transfer preferred
