Landscaper/ Lawnmower Needed!!!

We are looking for a landscaper that is available once every 3 weeks. We are willing to pay extra for the drive up to (O'Brien Mountain) which is 15 minutes north of Redding. We are willing to hire up to two landscapers for the property. One landscaper can do both houses in about six and a half hours. Two could do both houses in about 3 and a half hours. There is two houses side by side. One has artificial turf, the other a large lawn. The work would consist of mowing the lawn and making sure the landscape is clean and looking good. You will need a leaf blower for all the leaves. All new weeds need to be removed as well. We are looking for someone who is reliable as the property will be going on the market shortly, so we need someone who can come once every three weeks.
