Upstairs apartment tile/paint/etc. redo finalization assistant

Hi, we need help finishing tile, hauling around an extension ladder to clean gutters, backyard cleanup, sanding front landing, light painting of hinges and trim, installing cabinet handles, demoing out particle board on balcony,etc. Working to get everything done tomorrow, so we need someone with a good attitude and flexible abilities help in different areas from 9am until around 4pm. Advise any experience you have on tile or painting in your reply. Thanks, Dave
