Full Time Role 40+ Hours per week Health Benefits included Responsible for light ground maintenance including keeping culverts, grates, gutters, drains, drives, ramps, and fence lines free of debris. Also responsible for maintain eye and/or troubleshooting of the sprinkler systems. Responsible for general maintenance of facility, including the preventative maintenance of equipment, replacement of filters, replacement of interior and exterior light bulbs, painting, caulking, minor repairs, etc. Inspects equipment and systems for preventative maintenance. Moves furniture, equipment, and supplies as directed. Responsible for the maintenance inventory of necessary parts, cleaning supplies and other materials needed to perform the job. Performs preventative maintenance per defined interval/schedule in a timely manner and documents maintenance concerns/resolutions in an electronic database.
