Looking for a team of two to assist the manager of our community.One will work in the office to collect and post rents, deal with resident issues, and help with other office tasks. One will manage the property, including the swimming pool, lawn mowing, minor repairs, and supervising hired contractors. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus. Salary will include a home on site, and utilities. We will only hire a COUPLE, so please do not apply if you are single. Please email BOTH resumes.
