Do you have experience leading a custodian team? Are you willing to use your Leadership skills to help other areas? We are looking for someone with Leadership in the Service Industry or as a Lead Janitor. We are looking for a leader for our School Custodian staff - in this role you will be supervising other custodians - while working alongside of them and moving from school to school as needed, a candidate that is willing to travel as needed to help various school districts. In Addition – you will receive: A $500 Hiring Bonus after 60 Days of Full Time Work (320 hours worked) and another $500 after 90 days of full time employment (480 total hours worked) and the last $500 will be paid 180 days of employment or (960 hours worked) - Must be Hired BY May 31st!! In this position you will need to: Perform Quality control inspections Train employees in standard operating procedures Show Excellent interpersonal skills Be a great ambassador for the company with our clients – with the ability to deploy to other areas as needed Job Requirements: -Proven Success in a Supervisory Role -at least two years -Customer Service Experience - with the ability to communicate with a diversified group of people -Reliable Transportation/valid driver's license - with the ability to move between schools and travel to other areas -Ability to stand, bend and lift up to 25 pounds consecutively in an 8-hour period -History of Safety and Security Practices and Following Company and Client Procedures Schedule: Varies Training and Client needs will require flexibility with your schedule This career opportunity will provide you with upward mobility and room to grow bring your high service potential and grow with ABM!
