Guaranteed Full-time 40+ hours per week. Not Seasonal work. Hiring immediate. This is full time, permanent work with benefits. We employ all our crew members 12 months per year 40+hours per week. Clackamas Depot: 1 x Maintenance Crew Lead 1 x Maintenance Crew Members Wilsonville Depot: 3 x Construction Crew members Vancouver Depot: 1 x Maintenance Crew Lead 2 x Maintenance Crew Member 8 x Construction Crew Member 1 x Spray Tech Trainee When responding by email or text please include the below: 1. Years of experience Requirements: Crew Lead (starting pay $18-26.00) • 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience (preferred but not required) • Follow all safety procedures • Adhere to all company policies • Show up to work on time ever day • Work well with others • Manage a crew of 2-4 crew members Requirements: Crew Members maintenance and construction (starting pay $16-20.00) • 1+ years of landscape maintenance experience (preferred but not required) • Follow all safety procedures • Adhere to all company policies • Show up to work on time ever day • Work well with others • Take and follow direction from crew lead and account manager Duties: • All aspects or landscape maintenance • Prune trees and shrubs • Physically able to complete all landscape maintenance tasks • Monitor and adjust irrigation systems • May assist other crews or departments
