Need Concrete Smoothed and Painted / Small Fence Built

Hello- I am a licensed GC working on a house and I need a skilled handyman to smooth down a small concrete patio. The previous owners had carpet and there is now glue on the cement that needs to be removed. After it is smooth, you will paint it. I also need a wood fence built around this small patio. The patio is approximately 20x15 feet. The fence will be on two sides, each side is about 15 feet. There will be one gate built in the fence. Please text me and let me know if you can do 1 or both of these projects. You buy materials and keep receipts, I will reimburse you.
