Knowledgable Death Metal Guitar Set Up

Hi there Just got a vintage NJ Series BC Rich Stealth, and while a dream guitar, it needs a lot of work to tighten it up and make it play great, I've tried taking it to some people I found online, but none of them understand death metal and what I'm using the guitar for. One guy told me I should replace the neck with a baritone if I 'want to tune down that low'. Anyways, if anyone knows someone or knows themselves please contact me I need some advice! Appreciate it.
