Porter Needed for Apartment Complex

Description

We need a Porter to help maintain an apartment complex in good and clean condition. The Porter's main responsibilities include but not limited to: *Keeping all common areas clean and sanitized, free of trash and debris *Cleaning the rental office *Move and arrange bulky items *Refill doggie bag dispensers *Spiff (touch up clean) vacant units Occasionally, porters are asked to assist with minor exterior upgrades &/or repairs such as paint curbs, replace exterior lights and such. The porter must: *Be able to pick up items that are 25lbs and more, stand & walk for long hours, be willing to adhere to health and safety regulations, have good organizational skills, work as a team player, have patience and always be courteous and respectful of tenants and other staff members.
