Seeking handymen/contractors to perform work on pre-foreclosure and REO properties. Looking for coverage of asset in Idaho Falls, ID. The property needs to be inspected, documented with photos for initial visit. Once documented/secured, work typically involves trash removal, bi-weekly grass cuts, landscaping, janitorial, minor repairs, fencing, etc. This opportunity would be best suited for a vendor in close proximity to Idaho Falls, as procurement of "Before" photographs is necessary to supplement bids we present to client. Trip charges and travel expense may be considered for more distant vendors if a local contact cannot be procured. The ability to take large batches of digital photos and compress / send via mediums such as Dropbox, Google Photos, or emailed zip files is mandatory. Vendors receiving significant work volumes must possess General Liability Insurance. Applicants with existing Aspen Grove background check ABC#s will be given special consideration.
