This position requires attention to detail. Must be able to self-manage and work well with others. If you are the ONE, we are looking for, YOU will have the following qualifications. • Experience conducting general residential property maintenance, repairs and renovations • Solid understanding of how basic household systems work, basic carpentry skills, basic plumbing, and electrical, etc • Current and clean driver’s license and insurance • Basic computer / technology knowledge (email, texts, etc.) • Own tools • Great work ethic, ability to work independently, responsibly and solve problems • Great communication skills • Must be creative and think outside the box Being a good fit for our team is top priority.
