We are looking for a hardworking, discerning individual to join our team as an Installation Manager. Our goal is to ensure we provide our clients with exceptional products and service through completion of the job.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Installation Team by scheduling installs based on project timelines
- Installation of all types of window treatments in different environments; products include but are not limited to blinds, shutters, shades, draperies and motorized treatments.
- Coordinate with the office to resolve any difficult installs or issues
- Repair broken or damaged products
- Conducting final measurements of homes and businesses for window treatments
- Conducting final walk-throughs and inspections of homes and businesses at the completion of job
Qualifications:
- Self-directed and able to work independently as well as with a team
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects
- Friendly and respectful personality
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and install new technology as introduced to the industry
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Current and valid driver's license
- Punctual, dependable and flexible
- Ability to lift minimum of 50 lbs and can climb ladders
