We are seeking an experienced construction worker to work on our in-house window installation crew. The crew will remove old windows, install new windows, complete high quality interior trim work and use a brake to bend flashing and high-quality exterior wrap for a weather tight seal. What We Offer • Regular, full time employment at an hourly pay rate • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Company paid life insurance benefit with a buy up option • Optional short-term disability, and long-term disability • Paid Time Off • Paid holidays • 401k with an employer match What You’ll Do • Provide excellent customer experiences 100% of the time • Perform pre-walk and post-walk inspections of the job to ensure customer satisfaction • Remove and install all types of replacement windows, including bay, bow, etc. • Perform high quality interior finish trim work and basic framing of window openings • Utilize the appropriate tools such as a metal brake to bend flashing and custom aluminum wraps for exterior wind trim • Run a smooth high-quality caulk bead to seal windows while remaining aesthetically appealing • Communicate with the internal Corporate Operations team regarding scheduling, customer issues, or inventory needs • Ensure that the crew follows all state and local guidelines for safety on the job site What We Require • Must have a High School Diploma • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of hands on construction work experience • Must have basic construction knowledge, specifically regarding window replacement and trim carpentry • Must be fluent in operation of power tools, air tools, metal break, caulk gun etc. • Must have a valid driver license with a safe and insurable driving record • Requires the ability to move about inside the office and outside in the field • Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions • Must be able to move items weighing up to 75 pounds • Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers, vendors, and the public • Must be able to drive a box truck or truck and trailer combo Hours/Schedule: • Full-time, 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year • Standard hours are M – F, 8:00 – 5:00; some additional hours, including evening and weekend hours, will be required to complete projects under deadlines
