I used to have your address. You may remember me as the guy that worked for the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office. Check your rental property A.S.A.P., your new unemployed tenants : loud, verbal domestic abuse ( there's children that live there), large aggressive dog, threatening/ harassment of neighbors, suspected vandalism of adjacent properties. I would also be worried about your door hinges( you're going to probably have to replace them) since your tenants don't seem to have the ability to enter or exit without slamming the front door repeatedly. Police are Aware and watching, you may want to also. They are trashing your place Jay, hope you cashed your security deposit.
