-Part Time-Full Time availability dependent on preference and season (Hail storms will bring more work) -Hours may vary, but typically Monday-Friday 7:30AM-3:30 PM -Pay is dependent on experience, and knowledge in different trades. -Able to complete small to medium sized jobs to include the following: Experienced in drywall installation and finishing. Carpentry (decks, baseboards, fencing, etc.) Replacing lighting fixtures. Must own a standard set of tools to perform all the above trades. Minimum 5 years of paid experience. Must reside within 20 miles of central Colorado Springs. Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check. Roofing would be a plus! At least 1 year of hands on roofing repair experience on different types of roofs, asphalt shingles (3-tab, laminated, and presidential style), tile, flat roofs (EPDM and Modified Bitumen), and how to properly install flashings. No fear of heights, ladder experience, ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds. -Company Vehicle and Phone Provided. -Full Time Employees eligible for sick pay, paid holidays, and vacation pay after one year. -Full Time Employees also eligible for Health Insurance -References Required
