Can You Do Precision Welding? If so, I need Your Help!

So. Broadway & near Arapahoe Rd. area, Littleton CO

I have a patio chair with a swivel peace that needs to be re-welded. Below are pictures that will define the weld need. PHOTO-A: Shows the complete chair; PHOTOS- B & C: Show the Top & Base of the chair separated (with the swivel bolted to the bottom of the chair in Photo-B); PHOTO-D, E & E1: shows the bottom of the Swivel needing to be welded: and PHOTO-F & F1: Shows the part of the Swivel Piece that bolts to Photo-B and inserts into Photo-C. I’m not sure if this small but precise job requires “Arc” or “Acetylene”? I am retired living building and on a small social security amount so can not afford much; but, I really enjoy my small patio and your help will provide a summer full of “out-of-doors, sitting enjoyment”. Please let me know if you can/will do the job and how much it will be. Thank you, Bob
