Hourly wage negotiable based on level of experience and skills.
Appreciate available reference of previous work.
Ideal candidate will have a pickup or van. Tasks may involve heavy lifting from time to time.

Drywall, Painting, Trim, General Cleanup, Landscaping, Carpentry Rough/Finish, Roofing, Siding, Trash Removal, Flooring (Linoleum/Tile/Hardwood)
Flexibility with hours and seeking someone capable of doing the job with minimal hand holding.
