ISO builder/carpenter for playhouse

Hello! We are looking for someone to build us on site in Bedford, MA (or at your place and you transport and install), including creating a level surface and painting doors, an outdoor playhouse with working windows. Fairly straightforward: 8 by 8 by 8, with an interior loft with windows that open, basically exactly as pictured in interior shots. Should be nicely finished (not just plywood) inside and out, like you see in photos, with window boxes, wood furniture, smooth painted interior and exterior surfaces. Constructed of cedar. Also want a slide ladder that goes around house and a slide from front as in photo of outdoor playhouse. Please contact with rough estimate and examples of work. Pay to be around $4K including material (concrete to rest playhouse on, wood, finishes, paint) and labor. Advantage for builder is this is a hole in the local market and based on this build should expect many other orders. Must be completed by mid July at latest.
