We are looking for FULL-Time / PART-Time / SEASONAL General Laborers needed for our Mobile Home Parks in Thonotosassa. IMMEDIATE POSITIONS AVAILABLE These positions are NOT for carpenters, plumbers, electricians, foremans or supervisors. This is for Basic General Laborers at a basic starting salary, based on abilities; reviewed after 90 days Hours are: Part - Time 20-30 hrs per week OR Full-time 40+ hrs per week Hours are: Part Time - Monday - Friday 8:00 am to Noon/2:00 Full-Time - Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 No Weekends Must be able to work independently! Must have your OWN transportation and phone! Duties include, but are not limited to: Garbage Pick-up - 4 mornings per week Water Meter Reads - monthly Distributing Notices door to door Pressure washing homes Light maintenance Assisting Staff with other miscellaneous items Qualifications: Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more Have Reliable transportation Be able to pass background check Reply to this ad with Contact Information and/or Resume and we will schedule an appointment to interview.
