Grass clearing for fencing in garden space

Hello! I am looking for someone with their own weedwhacker with blade to come through and clear an area around an existing fence line. Other tasks may include: - Downing banana trees -Rock removal/shifting. -Old fence wire removal from stakes and adding. -Laying down cover to prevent grass from growing. $20/hr and will not go over 10 hours of work.
