Description
South Side golf course house in final stages of being renovated by home owner full time. I’m looking for 1-3 part time helpers for 20-30 hrs per week for the next 2-3 months. $15-$20 an hr based upon general knowledge and ability to show up and communicate consistently. Bonus to be paid at sale of house (Aug/Sept). You may be considered for future projects based upon performance. Pay raises based upon performance.
Jobs include but not limited to (I will train and work with you until competency is achieved):
-Interior/Exterior Painting
Wood working/finish carpentry and general carpentry
-tiling and flooring
-some roof work
-yard work and and landscape design
If you have high degree of competency on painting and tiling, and are willing to work hourly with me, then I will pay up to $25/hr with bonus upon completion.
