Construction Foreman (Long Island/Queens/Brooklyn NY) Must have experience in the construction field. Position: full-time General Construction Company looking to hire skilled Full-Time for many ongoing projects within Long Island/Queens/Brooklyn NY. Responsibilities: Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials. Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment. Ensure that safety protocols are followed. General carpentry installations and maintenance Requirements: Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination. Experience with construction. Good interpersonal skills. Must have knowledge of current NYC building codes. Must be able to work as part of a team. Must have 5+ years of carpentry on residential projects. Must effectively communicate with others and maintain focus in a busy environment. Must be able to work neatly and keep job sites organized. Must be willing to learn. Must be fluent in English, Spanish is a plus. Should have the ability to read blueprints. A valid driver's license and own vehicle/truck is a plus. Send your resume.
