SALARY $17-$19 per hour dependent on experience; paid biweekly Mileage and expenses are reimbursed each pay period. JOB TYPE Hours are full-time but flexible enough for college students, etc. to manage. JOB SUMMARY Are you a Jack-of-all-trades who dives into tasks (big or small) with enthusiasm? A family of four is in need of a reliable, experienced driver/helper to assist with a variety of tasks for home and office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, ability and/or physical demands required. It is not an exhaustive list. Maintenance around homes and office (i.e., fix-it jobs, painting, organization and inventory of household and office materials and the odd-end job) Driving a family member to and from work and to appointments throughout the workday in the family vehicle. Running errands with the family vehicle TECHNICAL SKILLS Must have a can-do attitude, be a quick thinker and problem solver. The ability to work well with others as well as independently is important. The employee must have excellent communication skills, good driving skills, good at multi-tasking and good at small repair and odd-end jobs. Candidates are expected to have a valid Driver's License and a safe driving record. Transportation to and from the employer’s residence is necessary. Your remaining time will be performed inside and outside the homes. This role routinely uses standard fix-it equipment such as paintbrushes, hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, lift and carry objects, and talk or hear. The employee is required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, grip and reach above shoulder level. The employee must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds unassisted, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 100 pounds with assistance. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Prior related experience preferred but not required.
