Exterior Wall Estimator A well-established and growing construction company located in Leominster, MA is seeking an exterior wall estimator who will be responsible for the overall project estimate and project bids, working along with architects, engineers, and suppliers to plan cost factors for building projects. Minimum 3 years of experience is required. Requirements: • Construction knowledge of estimating, and blueprint reading • Experience with software/CAD drafter, and the ability to create a proposal • Process incoming Bid invitations and plan sets • Source and order materials for construction projects • Assist with project estimating by performing quantity takeoffs and preparing bid packages • Track project and materials invoices
