$1500 Sign On Bonus For New Employees! Must be able to pass background check. SUMMARY: Looking for an associate to work in a fast-paced SOLAR DISTRIBUTION warehouse environment where every day is different. Candidate will work in the warehouse, moving merchandise, receiving & unloading trucks - loading trucks, maintaining a clean working area and wrapping & shipping UPS & LTL daily. Must be hard working, team oriented and motivated to excel. REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to lift 50 pounds, occasionally 70 pounds with a team lift Good mechanical skills. Willingness to learn and perform industry specific tasks in our warehouse is key. Ability to squat, kneel, bend, and twist Ability to work on concrete floor for entire shift Ability to climb ladders to pull material Basic math skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to operate a forklift Having Punctuality Having a Safety 1st Mindset Competitive | Motivated WORKING CONDITIONS: Warehouse environment and outdoor conditions including sometimes extreme hot/cold temperatures.
