Where: Sunriver North Tennis Courts 17900 W Core Rd., Sunriver 97707 (tournament headquarters - matches will be played at courts throughout Sunriver) When: Friday, June 24th, 2022 - Sunday, June 26th, 2022. Play will begin no earlier than 12:30 Friday afternoon. Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Format: Best 2 of 3 no-ad sets, match tie break in lieu of third set. First Match Loss Consolation, Double Elimination or Round Robin. Two match minimum guaranteed per event. Blind draw - no seeds. Max draw size is 16 teams. Events: Doubles and Mixed Doubles in combined NTRP levels 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0+. Maximum of 1 Doubles and 1 Mixed Doubles entry per player. Level is determined by the sum of the team's individual NTRP rating, rounded up. Age Divisions: 18 & Over, 55 & Over. Age division is determined by the age of the youngest player on the team as of 12/31/2022. Cross division entry allowed, example: 18+ Men's Doubles and 55+ Mixed Doubles. If there are fewer than 4 teams entered in one level of an age division the divisions will be combined to make a draw (all 18+). Extras: Prizes for event champs and finalists. Snacks and drinks everyday. Lunch on Saturday. Partners: Please indicate your partner for each event you enter. Withdrawals: Full refund (less Eventbrite fees) for withdrawals prior to entries close. Request the refund through Eventbrite prior to 11:30 PM, June 17th, 2022.
