Took puppy from woman trying to abandon it

After I dropped my husband off at work this morning. I spotted a truck in the road and lady trying to dump a puppy off by the Gorge. I immediately got out of the car and took the puppy. The problem is that I cannot have animals. Trying to rehome this male puppy. If you can take him please let me know.
