Have you ever been reminded to breathe only to realize you were holding your breath?
Too often we become trapped in modes of over-doing, over-thinking, or over-giving and we not only forget to breathe, we also forget to check in with and tend to our own needs, desires, and emotions.
The Remember to Breathe: Yoga & Wellness Day Retreat is an invitation to deepen your breaths, come back into your body, and reconnect to your Self.
This experience is designed to inspire and guide you into counterbalancing modes of being, feeling, and receiving so that when you leave, you return to the world with clarity, connection, and a deeper sense of peace.
The day will include yoga and embodied movement, mandala art therapy, a nourishing lunch, a dharma workshop and guided relaxation practices.
