we are a new organization that helps seniors, veterans, farm workers and kids aging out of foster care... we will pick up your donations and we are currently looking for a suitable space for a thrift shop and a panel truck... we're looking for a farm to create an intentional community - Mother Nature will supply all the miracles! we're creating businesses that will eventually become employee owned our goal is to keep seniors in their homes - no parent belongs in a nursing home - if one mother can take care of 10 kids, 10 kids should be able to take care of one mother! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- opportunities: we need a licensed asbestos handler with an OSHA card (we tear down donated buildings and rehab them for veteran housing) we need a hauler that can handle transporting asbestos (double bagged and wet) to a landfill or dump we need demo people to remove roofing etc we need someone with a dump truck we need builders, plumbers, electricians, HVAC people - are you ready to retire and willing to train your replacement? we might even be willing to buy your business at the right price and terms - you are very valuable - pass your knowledge on! we need NYS certified mobile home rehabbers we're currently tearing down 98 John St, Corning NY (near the Baker St Post Office) and hope to rebuild a basic 1,200 SF house for a veteran on that lot - an architect will prepare plans and we'll use those plans to build the same house many times - we plan to put homes/cabins/RVs into campgrounds and mobile home parks - if you're a mobile home park owner and want to donate your older park owned homes, we'll remodel and furnish them - veterans make very good tenants! we're looking for a source for cabins we need domestic workers who are happy and inspiring we need admin people to handle staffing, billing etc if you are organized, efficient, loyal, trustworthy and wanting to work reply to the email and I will contact you - drug testing is required scammers - don't waste your time or mine - it won't work!
