There's a lot of eclectic brainpower behind this collaborative endeavor and we're grateful for the HOMIES HELPING HOMIES mentality that our network continues to demonstrate while we bring this to reality. We have Hennessey Sound Design across 3 different stages for bass acts and a tricked out main stage for our jam-band buddies, totaling in 4 stages of musical performances! Hope you like to party! PURCHASING A "HOMIE PASS" ALLOWS YOU ENTRY AND ACCESS TO THE EVENT WITH CAMPING, August 12-14. BY PURCHASING A TICKET/"HOMIE PASS" YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING WAIVER OF LIABILITY: The Homie Collective Campout RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS BY PURCHASING A TICKET TO The Homie Collective Campout 2022 (herein after referred to as “The Festival”), I, (HEREIN AFTER REFERRED TO AS “THE PARTICIPANT”) UNDERSTAND THAT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE. The Homie Collective Campout is a music festival held August 11, 12, 13 and 14 held at 4x4 Proving Grounds located in Lebanon, Maine and is organized by it's members, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and independent contractors. In consideration of the The Homie Collective Campout Organizers permitting the Participant’s attendance at The Homie Collective Campout, the Participant waives any and all claims that the Participant has or may in the future have against, and release from all liability and agree not to sue, The Homie Collective Campout Organizers and associated property ("Premises") owned by 4x4 Proving Grounds, as well as other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, or advertisers for any claims of personal injury, death, property damage or other loss that the Participant sustains during or as a result of The Homie Collective Campout due to any cause whatsoever. The Participant is aware that participating/volunteering in The Homie Collective Campout has inherent risks. -I recognize and acknowledge that there are hazards and risks of physical injury or illness to Event attendees and that not all such hazards or risks can be fully eliminated. I freely and voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of death, bodily injury or property damage, regardless of severity, that I (or my child/ward) may sustain as a result of my attendance at the Event, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of the Festival. -I indemnify and hold harmless the Festival from any loss, liability, damage or cost they may incur while I am at the Event or on the Premises, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of the Festival. -I release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Festival from all liability to me, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin, for any claims, causes of action, obligations, lawsuits, charges, complaints, controversies, damages, costs or expenses of whatsoever kind, nature, or description, whether direct or indirect, in law or in equity, in contract or in tort, or otherwise, whether known or unknown, arising out of or connected with my (or my child’s/ward's) attendance at the Event or while on the Premises, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of the Festival. COVID NOTICE AND AGREEMENT: I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing. I further acknowledge that Festival (The Homie Collective Campout) and its Affiliates (including but not limited to Festival organizers, Festival operators, Festival staff, Festival employees, and all other parties involved), have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I further acknowledge that the Festival and all other parties involved, cannot guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to other festival concert patrons. I further acknowledge that, if I am a member of a group particularly vulnerable to Coronavirus/COVID- 19 (individuals with conditions identified by the CDC as higher risk or those over 65 years old), public health experts recommend that I continue to avoid any in-person gatherings and remain Healthy At Home. I further acknowledge the inherent risk of exposure to Coronavirus/COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. I voluntarily seek services provided by Festival and its Affiliates and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk of exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending the Festival. Repeated failure to follow procedures will result in expulsion from Festival grounds. I attest that: - I am not experiencing any symptoms of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell. - I do not believe I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. - I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities. I hereby release and agree to Festival and its Affiliates harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property, and all other liability that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the Festival and its Affiliates, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from the Festival and its Affiliates. I understand that this release discharges Festival and its Affiliates from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the Festival with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from “The Homie Collective Campout”, The Homie Collective LLC and its Affiliates. WHAT NOT TO BRING: NO GLASS NO FIREARMS/WEAPONS OF ANY KIND NO FENTANYL NO NITROUS/GAS NO ANIMALS (excluding service animals with paperwork) NO LASER POINTERS NO ATVS/GOLF CARTS THC HAS ZERO TOLERANCE FOR VIOLENCE & VERBAL ABUSE. IMMEDIATE EJECTION FROM EVENT WITH NO REFUND. WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: CAMPING GEAR WATER/WATER BOTTLES FOR REFILLING TARPS/TAPESTRIES FOR SHADE MONEY FOR FOOD TRASHBAGS FOUR CAMPSITE SPARE TOILET PAPER SNACKS VITAMINS EARPLUGS BYOB (no alcohol sales on site) FUN THINGS TO WEAR FUN THINGS TO SHARE GOOD VIBES
