With the guidance of Escoffier Chef Steve Harden, experience the bold flavors of Thai cuisine. Chef Steve will go over spice grinding, sauce blending, woks, and the preparation of heavy recipes. Class check-in is at 8:45 am and we will start promptly at 9:00 am. Menu: Tom Kha Gai (Spicy Chicken Soup with Coconut Milk), Roasted Red Chile Sauce, Panang Nua (Panang Meatballs), Red Curry Paste, Pad Thai (Tofu), Cucumber Salad, and Mango Sticky Rice Where will the class be delivered at? Class registrations can be refunded through Eventbrite up to 7 days prior to the class date. Class registrations are non-refundable less than 7 days prior to the class. Missed classes may not be made up. The school reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting enrollment standards and to change recipes based on product availability. *It is extremely rare for a class to be canceled due to weather. Is there an age requirement? Students under the age of 18 may attend our classes when they register and attend the class with a parent or guardian.   Is there a dress code? This is a hands-on cooking event. Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. For safety reasons, please do not wear shorts, skirts or sandals. If you have long hair, please pull it back during class.
