Exterior/Interior basement foundation repointing/tuckpointing

I am looking for a company or individual that has specialized skill in exterior/interior basement foundation repointing/tuckpointing/masonry/plaster for an older home (+100 years). The basement does not leak if water is properly drained away from the house. However, if the downspout becomes disconnected, it will leak. It also smells musty. I am not looking for a French drain or some proprietary water removal system. The attached photos do not represent the entirety of the job, but are good examples of the type work required. Thank you.
