Description
This is a contract position of 25 hours a week with a high expectation of proficiency in bookkeeping, including balancing check books, paying bills, administering 1099 contract payroll and meeting regularly with Sr. Minister on financial matters. Light correspondence is required such as mailing member birthday cards, making new member certificates, baby certificates, mailing out welcome letters, and quarterly minister/board letters, etc. Office duties include welcoming visitors, ordering supplies, managing phone calls and office emails. Proficiency in MS Office required. Data Management software experience - a plus. Position to start ASAP. If interested, please submit cover letter and resume to [email protected].
