The Lutheran Hospital Bariatric Support Group is open to all patients pre and post-operative or those interested in learning more about weight loss surgery. It is a safe environment where you will not be judged and will form relationships with other patients. We offer education on a variety of subjects including protein supplements, vitamin recommendations, grocery store tours, preventing weight regain and health holiday recipes. Studies show that those who attend a support group on a regular basis have better weight loss! {BWSGS}
