Many Latin American and European Countries have been going to the fresh markets or mercados to shop the same day and cook their dinner. I want to take advantage of the summer markets the local farms and pick our dinner for this series. You will experience 4 or more courses of freshly made dishes with the freshest herbs and ingredients. You will each get your menu cards 3 days before the event. I look forward to serving you
