Press release from the Suffolk County District Attorney: June 1, 2022 BOSTON, June 1, 2022— Suffolk prosecutors on Tuesday arraigned a Boston man after he allegedly beat a woman following a three-year period in which he trafficked her into sexual servitude, District Attorney Kevin Hayden said. ALBERT BOYNTON, 55, is charged in the Roxbury Division of Boston Municipal Court with trafficking a person for sexual servitude, deriving support from prostitution and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Assistant District Attorney Valerie Nieves requested a bail of $100,000. As conditions for his release, she requested that the defendant be ordered to stay away from and have no contact with the victim and witnesses, stay away from the location of the incident, and that he be subject to GPS tracking.
