STAMFORD, CT — Several months after welcoming their third child, Stamford Mayor Caroline Simmons and her husband Art Linares have purchased a new home.
According to the Stamford Advocate, the colonial-style home is located in Shippan, and sold for $2.25 million. The couple previously lived in the Turn of River-Newfield area; they recently sold that home for just over $1 million, the Advocate said.
The Advocate reported that the mayor's new home has 4,640 square-feet of living space, hardwood floors, five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, along with two fireplaces and an outdoor in-ground pool.
