DANVERS, MA — The power was out in parts of Danvers coming off the holiday weekend on Tuesday morning. The town reported mid-morning that the power was out on parts of Cabot, Sherwood, Belgian, North Belgian, and Massachusetts Avenue with area sidestreets without power as well.
