HAMDEN, CT - A Hamden resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On June 1, Rory Brown, of Hamden, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from the Alltown Fresh in Hamden and won $10,000.
