Please visit the Registration counter to check-in and let the registration team know if any special accommodations are required. The walking trail starts right outside the parking lot. Anyone arriving later than 9:30 AM will be asked to walk a shorter distance (3K/1K) Kick-off: The Save Soil Walkathon will start at 8:30 AM EST on June 18th with a welcome address and flag off by our chief guests. Registrations: Please visit the Registration counter to check-in and let the registration team know if any special accommodations are required. Trail: The walking trail is approx. 1.5 miles and walkers can choose to take 1/2 a loop (1K), 1 full loop (3K) or 2 loops (5K) depending on their convenience. Water/Sanitation: There will be refill water stations and portable restrooms (including ADA compliant) conveniently placed throughout the trail. We recommend that you bring your water bottles. Parking instructionsPlease plan to arrive early to provide adequate time for parking at the Grant Park Gateway Parking Facility. Location: Grant Park Gateway Parking, 759 Boulevard S.E., Atlanta GA 30312 Directions: https://goo.gl/maps/59AF4dFmtkXnfs136 There are over 800 parking spaces across 4 levels and each level will indicate how many parking spaces are open. Managed by AAA Parking, the cost is $3 per hour, or $12 per day. If the pay machines have technical issues, AAA will charge a flat $10 fee. The Registrations/Check-in counter will be outside the parking lot and the walking trail begins within a few meters outside of the parking lot.
