May 27 Jessica Smith, 37, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. Alan Devonte Bell, 20, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order, first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. May 31 Robert Joseph Barnabei, 29, of New Haven, was charged with violation of probation.
