Dionca will be leading a beautiful Pilates flow! Bring family, friends, and a mat; we'll do the rest. ☀️ The class is FREE, but please sign up everyone that will be participating, so we can get an accurate count. Thank you! 💙🤍💪 Don't forget your mats, water, and sunscreen! We will be serving coffee and water following the mat class.
