Ladies! Our first activity of the season is DOCKING! WaterSports Central's Ladies on the Lake is hosting docking lessons on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 starting at 5:30pm. We are bringing back the Confident Captain - Cathy Williams. She along with our knowledgeable WSC Crew will be teaching the group how to dock different types of vessels including inboards, pontoons and stern drives. We will have 6 boats with 5 ladies per boat - so more time with your instructor! Again, as always, this event is completely FREE! Cathy Williams will be our special guest captain. For those that don't know Cathy, she's a staple in watersports and competitive wakeboarding. She won the 2000 & 2001 European Pro Tour, the 2006 Australian Pro Tour, and the 2001 IWWF Womens Worlds in wakeboarding. She was the 1st woman driver of the Pan American Championships and has most recently been inducted into the Wakesports Hall of Fame. Cathy currently operates The Confident Captain, providing boating lessons to build the confidence in becoming a better, safer boat driver. Other instructors include the experienced staff at WaterSports Central. We will be at Lazy Days at Holiday Marina right up the road from our Buford location. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your registered start time to finalize any additional paperwork.
