Press release from the Jefferson Parish Government: June 1, 2022 JEFFERSON, LA – Starting today, the right eastbound lane of Lapalco Blvd. at Bannerwood Dr. will be closed. Motorists will merge to available lanes. This closure is necessary to repair an underground gas line. Work is being done by Atmos Energy and is scheduled to be completed by Friday, June 10, 2022 at 2:00 p.m., weather permitting.
