Sawgrass Cleaning Solutions ("SCS") is looking for a janitorial supervisor that has experience managing a team, has a reliable means of transportation, and has a smart phone with a data plan. This individual should be hard working, energetic, optimistic, bilingual, and excited about the opportunity to grow with this company. SCS is looking for someone who can fulfill their job responsibilities and go above and beyond to satisfy our customers. This position entails of being solely responsible for assisting staff members with nightly cleaning tasks, along with hiring and training staff, as well as maintaining relationship with the client by routinely addressing concerns/feedback as they arise. Please note, your application will not considered if you do not meet the following criteria | Candidate must: - Have a reliable form of transportation & willingness to work evenings - Have at least 2 to 3 years experience in commercial cleaning (management experience preferred) - Fluent in both English and Spanish - Have floor care knowledge (strip and wax, tile and grout cleaning, carpet cleaning) & be able to train others in the same - Be able to work well under pressure, specifically under a time constraint - Accept constructive criticism and not take it personal - Maintain a professional and presentable appearance (tattoos and piercings are not disqualifying!) - Communication skills (for dealing with staff as well as the client) - Have at least 3 references readily available Benefits Include: - Bonus incentives - Select paid holidays off
