Celebrating International Yoga Day & Welcoming Seema Bansal from The Christina Phipps Foundation for a Yoga session! The Christina Phipps Foundation provides specialized training to yoga instructors, enabling them to provide specialized guidance to cancer patients and survivors. SHINE is an interactive breast cancer support group that provides an uplifting environment to encourage meaningful and helpful conversation, education, and activities. Through SHINE, our goal is to help women with breast cancer make informed treatment decisions, equip them with tools to ease the challenges of treatment, and most importantly, share support and encouragement during and after breast cancer. SHINE is open to everyone in the breast cancer community.
