Habitat for Humanity of St. Charles County, Missouri offers Homebuyer Readiness each year as a community outreach. The five workshops and optional personal financial coaching allow the attendee an opportunity to learn more about the steps to purchasing a home. By learning about Spending Plans, Credit & Debt, Finding Ways to Save, Steps for Mortgage Approval, and a Lender Open House, the attendee can learn more about their individual situation and set a goal for homeownership.
