Core Physical Therapy, a busy outpatient physical therapy office in Salem, NH seeks part time Intake Coordinator/Receptionist for both morning and afternoon openings. Hours: M-F 8:00am-1:00pm or M-Th 3:00pm-5:30pmDuties include answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, collecting payments, verifying medical insurance, obtaining insurance authorizations, and assisting professional staff.Qualified candidates should have previous customer service experience and the following qualities: Friendly and outgoing personality, ability to learn new skills quickly, experience with Microsoft Windows/Office and a willingness to get the job done right. Must be dependable, punctual, able to work independently and with a team.Experience with health insurance verification/authorization procedures, or prior healthcare experience preferred but not required.
