Beware of a man coming to your door claiming to be from ADT security then throwing an attitude when you won't open the door for your "free stuff". He doesn't leave a card or any other info. I called 12 (yes, TWELVE) customer service numbers for ADT and none could tell me if a rep was sent to my house -- pretty sad customer service for a security company. Also had to wait on hold for up to 15 minutes each time just do be told this. Beware and take a photo of this guy or something if you can.
